Back Pain

Back pain symptoms can range from tightness and spasms to aching muscles and more severe symptoms of burning, shooting or stabbing pain. Back pain can develop at any age. Some factors that can increase the risk of developing back pain are a lack of exercise, improper lifting, excess weight, stress, and certain diseases.

It is important to keep your back in good health by strengthening the abdominal and back muscles to support a healthy spine. Also, maintaining a healthy weight takes unnecessary strain off of the back muscles. Learning to lift objects properly by using your legs, without bending or twisting your back, can also help to relieve stress on the muscles in your back.

If you find yourself with symptoms of back pain, our Chiropractic Physicians at Restoring Health offer a variety of Chiropractic and Myofascial techniques to uniquely treat each patient.
