She has treated professional football players, professional golfers, professional dancers, professional tennis players and professional basketball players. She has a huge passion for identifying and correcting structural problems that come from scar tissue, poor posture, and improper ergonomics. In her practice she has always looked at the function of her patients as a whole and she strives to correct not only the structural component, but the lifestyle, nutritional, detox and stress components of health.
Dr. Vaughn was blessed to work for almost six years with the world famous Dr. Don Colbert MD. Dr Colbert is a New York Times best selling author and has helped tens of thousands of patients to regain their health. In her time there she worked with an enormous variety of patients, from healthy to very ill. She is eternally grateful to Dr. Colbert for his tutelage and his continued ministry using integrative medicine to heal patients. She is also grateful for the training she received under Dr. John Brimhall DC while she was still in school and in early practice. These two physicians have helped her to become the doctor she is today.
Dr. Vaughn comes from a family that is very medical. Her grandfather was an MD surgeon, her uncle was an MD in family practice and her first cousin is an MD endocrinologist. Her husband is a sales representative for a large medical supply company. She believes that medical specialists can and should work together to create comprehensive health care for every patient. It is her goal to help each patient create their own unique flowchart of health and to give them the tools they need to heal.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training technique that helps restore irregular brain wave patterns and has been used successfully to treat those struggling with ADHD, concussive and post concussive syndrome, anxiety, depression, memory issues, insomnia, migraines, and chronic pain.
Prior to her doctoral studies, Dr. O'Keefe enjoyed an extensive career within the dance community as a choreographer and dance instructor. This background gives her a unique perspective when assessing injuries, postural insufficiencies, and kinetic chain dysfunctions. Her past career experiences, coupled with substantial education in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition have strongly influenced her resolve to help her patients remain active and healthy.
